2025 Grazing Conference – “Maximizing Every Acre with Managed Grazing”

The Illinois Grazing Lands Coalition (ILGLC) is excited to announce its Second Annual Grazing Conference, set to take place on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, and Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at the Northfield Inn, Suites & Conference Center in Springfield, Illinois. This event is designed for all Illinois livestock producers who are eager to explore strategies for increasing profitability through improved grazing management. The theme for 2025 is “Maximizing Every Acre with Managed Grazing,” and topics focus on strategies to get the most out of pasture and cropland through the integration of livestock.

Recognizing Excellence: Master Grazier Awards
The conference will also celebrate the winners of the 2025 Master Grazier Awards, which recognize outstanding Illinois livestock producers who demonstrate excellence in grazing management and leadership in promoting the practice. Nominations for the Master Grazier Awards are open until February 1, 2025, and producers are encouraged to nominate themselves or other deserving graziers.
